To
measure the coefficient of friction (for computer simulation),we let
down the vehicle on an inclined plane at low speed. We measure the
distance traveled by vehicle to its final stop. This gives an estimate
of a coefficient of dynamic movement by the following formula: |

Calculation In
this arrangement, one can find the mechanical friction coefficient with
the following formula, provided that the speeds are low. It is
therefore necessary that the height h is small.
